Programs we have Managed
- Primary Coordinator for Microsoft XP Launch in Tampa, Orlando, Birmingham, Ft Lauderdale and Tallahassee. All launches took place simultaneously with implementation of synchronized Satellite downlink for symulcast of Steve Balmer and Bill Gates. Production Included venue acquisition, sponsorship set up and floorplan layout. Audio/Visual coordination. Acquisition of guest speakers. Designed and delivered Microsoft Booth and labs. Assembled and delivered 15,000 goodie bags with 16 items per bag. Coordinated storage/shipping/receiving for each location. Secured onsite staff. Coordinated Food and Beverage. Coordinated Compaq assembly and delivery of 20 servers at each location. Handled all billing for launches.
