Sandra
Cann, COO and cofounder of JCorporate
(www.jcorporate.com),

became publically available. Sandra's passion is open
source and community building - and the results show

This year Sandra returned to JavaOne as a speaker on
web application Frameworks. This is an informative presentation
about using web application frameworks, and presents
detailed research on the elements of web applications
and architectural frameworks, and reviews several open
source products.

Funkhouser serves as
President of the South Florida Chapter of the Association
of Internet Professionals. In this capacity, he has developed
a series of marketing and technology debates of interest
to the IT community, with the participation of world-class
companies including IBM, Sun Microsystems, Oracle, RedHat
and Microsoft. He supports the IT community by leading
multiple technology user groups and forums, as well as
his role as Vice President of Computer Careers International,
an IT placement and consulting firm. Mr. Funkhouser has
10 years of IT experience holds an International MBA from
Nyenrode University, The Netherlands School of Business
and a B.S.B.A from Washington University in St. Louis. |

Gudema currently works
as an e-Marketing Analyst for abc distributing, LLC, a
large eCommerce provider at http://www.abcdistributing.com
in North Miami Beach, Florida. Recently Dan was a speaker
on web analytics at the Direct Marketing Association's
(DMA) Net.Marketing national conference in May 2003 in
Miami Beach and eTail2003 in Boston in August 2003. He
has several years of expertise with web analytic solutions
and products such as Hitbox, WebTrends, and Fireclick.
Dan is also a web programmer with experience in Perl,
Cold Fusion, PHP, MySQL and SQL Server. As a web developer,
Dan has built several successful websites such as Pre-Dating.com
and LockAndKeyParties.com. Previously, Dan spent 10 years
as an statistical analyst and engineer working for Bell
Atlantic Mobile and PrimeCo PCS. Dan received a BA in
Political Science from the University of Maryland in College
Park and is currently enrolled at Florida Atlantic University
pursuing his MBA in eCommerce. |

Cameron W. Jackson. Cameron
is from Atlanta, Georgia and is an experienced IT professional
with more than 20 years working with personal compauters,
networks and training end users.
He
has trained thousands of users in Microsoft products
including all versions of Office. His training classes
have also included Network end user training for NT
and 2000 Server.
The
list of companies he has trained for is extensive and
includes the US Air Force, Virginia Department of Transportation,
Nextel Corporation, First USA, Lockheed-Martin, and
Microsoft.
He
serves as a computer consultant, with clients in Atlanta,
Georgia and Metro Washington, D.C. He is a Voice professional
and does Voice work for Radio and Television.
He
is married and has four sons.

Kathleen Kowall, Sr. Account Executive, Yahoo! en español.
As the head of southeastern sales operations for Yahoo!
en español, Kathleen Kowall manages all sales and
marketing services initiatives east of the Mississippi
and south of New York City. In this capacity she consults
with agencies and clients to build comprehensive online/offline
marketing programs.
A
seasoned executive with more than 9 years of bi-coastal
advertising and sales experience in marquee industries,
Kathleen was formerly the northeastern marketing/merchandise
manager for ESCADA USA. At ESCADA she managed all of
the sales and analysis for the Saks Fifth Avenue and
Neiman Marcus accounts on the east coast, while also
recruiting and supervising sales associates at these
same stores.
Prior
to joining ESCADA USA, Kowall worked at Chaps Ralph
Lauren analyzing their eastern region sales delivery
and classification needs. She was also in charge of
creating and executing in-store marketing tools and
managed personnel training and marketing events for
the Macy's, Lord and Taylor and Filene's accounts.
Before
heading into the sales arena, Kowall enjoyed an early
career as an accomplished ballet dancer and received
a B.A. in Performing Arts from the Meadows School of
the Arts.
Kowall
hails from Connecticut and received a B.A. in Business
Administration from Southern Methodist University and
a MBA from the Monterey School Institute of International
Studies.

| Freddie
Laker
has been a recognized presence in South Florida's Internet
community since founding Florida's 5th oldest ISP and
development company in 1995. His broad skill base spanning
over six development languages, advanced hardware, security
knowledge, enterprise level streaming media services,
and Internet guerrilla marketing techniques have enabled
him to lead projects on internationally recognized websites
such as The Womb (the world's 1st 24/7 live Internet radio
station), Fashion TV, and the new digital music download
store Digital Jay. LakerNet, Freddie's original company,
was recently acquired by WebUnited. This acquisition along
with two others has formed the largest Internet development
firm in South Florida. This new group in its combined
strength will create exciting and revolutionary technologies
for both its parent company and its clients in the coming
years. Freddie now appears regularly in publications,
public speaking events, and internationally syndicated
radio shows such as Into Tomorrow with Dave Graveline.
He is currently the Vice Chairman of the Curriculum Advisory
Board (Computer Science) for Broward Community College:
one of the nation's largest educational institutions.

| Kim
Marcille is the General
Manager for Knight Ridder Digital, Miami. She is responsible
for conceiving and marketing online products and distribution
channels that meet the needs of advertisers seeking to
reach the Miami market, and local advertisers seeking
to reach an audience outside the market. She manages the
premiere collection of media websites in South Florida.
Ms. Marcille has worked for the Miami Herald Publishing
Company and Knight Ridder Digital for the past five years.
Ms.
Marcille joined the Miami Herald as its computer help
desk manager, after having consulted to the company
for seven years. She then served as the Herald's Prepress
Manager, and oversaw the conversion to new presses and
a digital workflow. She joined Knight Ridder Digital
in July of 2000, four months after it was formed, as
Production and Technology Manager, a position she held
for two months before assuming the Director of Operations
position. She became General Manager in the summer of
2002.
Ms.
Marcille graduated from Miami-Dade Community College
in 1982 with a computer programming degree, and received
her Bachelor's degree from Barry University. She is
a United Way Young Leader, and an active volunteer for
Hands On Miami. She sits on advisory boards for Miami-Dade
Community College and the Ft. Lauderdale School of the
Arts.
Kim
has one 13-year-old son, and together they live in the
Village of Pinecrest.
